Legal Mandate: Addresses the statutory requirement that every waste generator must train employees involved in the lifecycle of scheduled waste management.

Identification & Categorization: Understanding the 77 categories of scheduled waste under the First Schedule and how to properly classify them.
Proper Handling & Labelling: Mastering the specific requirements for containers and the mandatory warning signs and labels (Characteristic Labels).
Storage Requirements: Learning the technical specifications for scheduled waste storage areas, including containment, compatibility, and security.
Spillage & Discharge Response: Practical training on how to use spill kits and implement emergency protocols to contain hazardous leaks.
Inventory Management (e-SWIS): Introduction to the electronic Scheduled Waste Information System for recording and reporting to the DOE.
